Sometimes it's difficult to say goodbye after I have finished working with a client that I like.
You see, I don't encourage ongoing communication. Once I have finished casting a spell, it's important that the client takes ownership of their spell and stays well away from anyone with a strong magickal aura (which includes me).
However, every now and then I get an email like the one below...
I'm engaged now, and the man I'm marrying couldn't be more of a perfect fit for me. (Granted I don't believe in "perfection", but I will use the term for this moment lol).
I am also moving to Kentucky with him and family, so we'll have a fresh new start as well.
I cut all the negative people from my social circle, which honestly feels like a relief.
And as for "revenge" on {name withheld for privacy reasons}. Well, he was present when one of our mutual friends noticed the ring on my hand and yelled "ARE YOU ENGAGED!?" and congratulated me when I said yes. Which in a way is perfect for me because happiness and moving on was the best form of revenge.
I wanted to thank you. You were right. And the meditation really helped me get back on my feet. I'm sure you had a hand in helping my path align with my fiancé's, so thank you for that as well. (Actually, I do believe you said someone would be showing up soon and that I should give them a chance.)
If I ever need help in the future, I know who to turn to. And if anyone I know needs assistance then I will definitely refer them to you.
